Introduction

The Project is the upgrading and reconstruction of the domestic sewage and mine water treatment system of Tangshan Valley Coal Mine, in which the design treatment capacity of domestic sewage is 480m ³/d and the design treatment capacity of mine water is 720m ³/d. The domestic sewage shall be treated in accordance with Code for Design of Underground Fire Protection Sprinkler in Coal Mine (GB50383-2016), and all the domestic sewage shall be used for dust reduction by spraying water on the ground and underground of the mining area without being discharged; Some of the treated mine water shall be reused underground in accordance with Code for Design of Underground Fire Protection Sprinkler in Coal Mines (GB50383-2016), and the rest shall meet Class III requirements in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB3838-2002) and be reused above the mine. Only a small amount of water is discharged to achieve efficient utilization of water resources and environmental protection.

Process

Domestic sewage: regulating tank+A/O+filtration+disinfection;

Mine water: pre-sedimentation regulating tank+coagulation reaction+ultra-magnetic separator+manganese sand filtration+activated carbon filtration+ultra-filtration+disinfection;


Solve Problems

It mainly solves the problem of unqualified treatment and recycling of domestic sewage and mine water from Tangshan Valley Coal Mine. After treatment, all domestic sewage is used for watering and dust reduction on the ground and underground of the mining area, without being discharged; The mine water is recycled by quality after treatment. Some of the water is reused underground and some is reused above the well after meeting the standard. Only a small amount of water is discharged outside to achieve the reuse of water resources and environmental protection compliance.

Project Highlights

The core equipment of domestic sewage adopts the aboveground integrated sewage treatment equipment, and the internal corrosion protection of the equipment adopts FRP five-oil three-cloth corrosion protection, so as to improve the service life and corrosion resistance of the equipment; Ozone disinfection is adopted, which is efficient and environmental-friendly; Manganese sand filter and activated carbon filter are adopted for filtration, so as to ensure the stable and up-to-standard effluent quality.

Ultramagnetic separation equipment with high separation efficiency and small floor area is adopted for mine water treatment, greatly improving treatment efficiency and space utilization rate; Three-stage filtration system (manganese sand filtration+activated carbon filtration+ultrafiltration) is configured to realize deep filtration; The effluent can meet the underground recycling and surface Class III water standard by quality, reduce the discharge and significantly improve the water resource utilization rate.
