Introduction

The Project is the newly built mine water and domestic sewage treatment integration project of Yaotou inclined shaft coal mine in Chengcheng County, covering two treatment plates of mine domestic sewage and mine water. The designed treatment capacity of domestic sewage is 150m ³/d, and the designed treatment capacity of mine water is 4800m ³/d. The domestic sewage shall be treated in accordance with Code for Design of Underground Fire Protection Sprinkler in Coal Mine (GB50383-2016), and all the domestic sewage shall be used for dust reduction by spraying water on and under the mine to realize zero discharge; The treated mine water meets the Class III water standard of Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB3838-2002). Some of the water is used for underground fire fighting, and the rest is discharged in compliance with the regulations. In consideration of environmental protection compliance and reasonable utilization of water resources, it helps green and compliant production of coal mines.

Process

Domestic sewage: regulating tank+A/O+filtration+disinfection (core equipment adopts buried integrated sewage treatment equipment);

Mine water: pre-sedimentation regulating tank+high-density sedimentation tank+precision filtration+ultrafiltration+disinfection;

Solve Problems

It mainly solves the domestic sewage and mine water treatment and resource utilization problems of Yaotou inclined shaft coal mine new project in Chengcheng County. Aiming at the dual treatment system, the domestic sewage is fully recycled and the mine water quality is treated to effectively remove all kinds of pollutants and ensure that the effluent meets the standard. It not only avoids the environmental protection risks caused by sewage discharge, but also realizes the water resources recycling, meets the requirements of coal mine production and environmental protection management and control, and guarantees the compliance operation of the mine.

Project Highlights

The domestic sewage treatment is suitable for the mining area, and the buried integrated sewage treatment equipment is used to save the floor area and adapt to the layout of the coal mine site; The process is mature and reliable. The A/O+filtration+disinfection combination can effectively degrade various impurities in the domestic sewage, and all the effluent can be recycled without being discharged. The green and low-carbon development concept is practiced to help save water and reduce consumption in the mining area.

The mine water treatment process highlights. The core adopts high-density sedimentation tank, which has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and very small floor area. Combined with precision filtration+ultra-filtration depth filtration system, a multi-level purification system is established to ensure that the effluent stability reaches Class III water standard, which not only meets the underground fire recycling requirements, but also realizes the compliance of residual water to be discharged. The treatment effect is excellent and stable.

As a new integrated treatment project, the Project synchronously covers domestic sewage and mine water treatment. The process design is consistent with the actual production of the coal mine, the process is smooth, and the environmental protection compliance, resource recycling and operation practicality are taken into consideration, so as to fully support the compliance green production of Yaotou inclined shaft coal mine.
