Introduction

The Project is the municipal sewage treatment facility of Fengxian County. The overall scale of the sewage treatment plant is 5000m ³/d, covering an area of 5788m ² (about 0.58 hectares). The project adopts advanced sewage treatment process, and the effluent quality meets the A standard of sewage treatment plant in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province (DB61/224-2018), which effectively improves the regional water environment quality and guarantees the ecological safety and living environment of residents.

Solve Problems

It mainly solves the problem of municipal domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment in Fengxian County, realizes the standard discharge of sewage through efficient treatment process, reduces pollutants into the river, improves the water environment quality of the Yellow River Basin, and ensures the regional ecological environment and the health of residents.


Project Highlights

The "biochemical tank+MBR process" is adopted, combined with the membrane bioreactor technology, to greatly improve the sewage treatment efficiency and stability of effluent quality and ensure high standard compliance.

Ultraviolet disinfection process is configured to effectively kill pathogenic bacteria in water and ensure effluent safety; The sludge is mechanically thickened and dewatered, and the water content of sludge is as low as 60%, which is convenient for subsequent resource utilization or safe disposal.

The land occupation of the Project is intensive, and the treatment scale of 5000m ³/d is achieved within 0.58 hectares, taking into account the treatment efficiency and land resource utilization efficiency.
