This project is the core project of Phase II of Jiaxian Water Plant Expansion Project. Huapu Company provides reverse osmosis water purification equipment to help the water plant expand the water supply scale and improve the water quality standard. Upon completion of the Project, the water supply capacity of Jiaxian Water Plant will be greatly improved to cover more residents in surrounding townships, solve the problem of regional water supply shortage and promote the integrated development of urban and rural water supply in Jiaxian County.

Huapu high-efficiency reverse osmosis water purification process is adopted to meet the expansion requirements of the water plant, specifically: raw water → pretreatment → deep demineralization of reverse osmosis membrane → dosing and disinfection → storage of clean water tank → pressurization and transmission → qualified effluent. The equipment is highly integrated and can realize full automatic operation. It is suitable for the capacity requirements after expansion of the water plant to ensure continuous and stable water supply.

1. To solve the problem that the original water supply capacity of Jiaxian Water Plant is insufficient to meet the increasing demand of regional water consumption and expand the coverage of water supply;

2. Solve the pain points of high hardness and poor quality of local raw water, and improve the effluent quality through advanced treatment of RO process;

3. Improve water supply guarantee rate of water plant, solve seasonal water supply shortage and guarantee water demand of the public;

4. It is suitable for the expansion planning of the water plant to help the water plant realize scale and standardized operation and promote the upgrading of regional water supply facilities.
