Introduction

The Project is the demineralized water preparation project of Shandong CNMC Obote Copper&Aluminum Co., Ltd., which is procured by the Company through bidding. Huapu Company provides 2 sets of demineralized water preparation systems. The project focuses on the supply of desalted water required by the copper and aluminum industry to ensure that the purity of desalted water meets the standard, meet the process water demand during copper and aluminum smelting and processing, and help enterprises to improve product quality and reduce production loss.

Process

Reverse osmosis demineralized water preparation process is adopted to meet the production requirements of copper and aluminum industry, specifically: tap water → pre-treatment filtration → high-pressure pump delivery → reverse osmosis membrane deep demineralization → demineralized water storage → online water quality monitoring → accurate delivery to each production process. The two systems can operate independently and be standby for each other to ensure continuous and stable demineralized water supply.

Solve Problems

1. Solve the problems of insufficient purity and supply of desalted water required for production of copper and aluminum industry, ensure the process water meets the standard and improve the product quality;

2. Solve the pain point of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the original demineralized water preparation system, and reduce the production water cost of enterprises;

3. The two systems are standby for each other to solve the production interruption caused by single system failure and ensure the continuity of production;

4. Remove impurities such as salt and heavy metals in water to avoid impurities affecting copper/aluminum smelting and processing process and reduce production loss.

1. Mature technology: the demineralized water preparation system adopts industry-proven RO technology, with stable demineralization effect, and the effluent purity meets the process water standard of copper and aluminum industry;
