This project is the production water quality improvement project of Tsinghua Deren Xi'an Xingfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Huapu Company provides production purified water equipment to meet the high standard production water demand of pharmaceutical industry. The project focuses on the supply of pure water in the pharmaceutical production process, ensures the purity of production water meets the standard, guarantees the quality of pharmaceutical production, assists enterprises to comply with GMP production specifications, and improves the core competitiveness of enterprises.

The process of pharmaceutical grade deep purified water shall be adopted and GMP specifications shall be strictly followed, specifically: tap water → pre-treatment (to intercept impurities and odor) → reverse osmosis deep demineralization → aseptic disinfection → online water quality monitoring → standard delivery to production links, full-automatic operation shall be realized in the whole process, and aseptic protection device shall be provided to ensure no secondary pollution of production water.
