Introduction

This project is the production wastewater treatment project of metal surface treatment of Shaanxi Fuzhen Metal Packaging Co., Ltd. The wastewater sources include tank washing wastewater, concentrated water for pure water preparation, backwashing wastewater, emulsion preparation wastewater, equipment cleaning wastewater, die grinding and maintenance wastewater, plate making and plate washing wastewater, ground cleaning wastewater, waste gas treatment wastewater and cooling circulating water. The designed treatment capacity of the Project is 550m ³/d, and the effluent quality meets the Grade III standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and the water quality requirements of the sewage pipe network in the area after being treated in Grade B of GB/T31962-2015, so as to realize the compliance of enterprise production wastewater discharge.

Regulating tank+acid-base regulation+pre-treatment air floatation+coagulation sedimentation+deep air floatation+hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation+sedimentation+discharge after pasteurization.

Solve Problems

It mainly solves the comprehensive treatment problem of all kinds of production waste water from metal surface treatment of the enterprise, solves the core problem of serious exceeding of fluoride and petroleum in waste water, effectively removes all kinds of pollutants through the graded treatment process, ensures that the waste water meets the standard and is connected to the sewage pipe network of the park, avoids the environmental protection compliance risk of the enterprise, and reduces the pollution of production waste water to the regional water environment.

Project Highlights

The process design is highly targeted, with accurate focus on the excessive pain points of fluoride and petroleum. The dual air floatation process of "pre-treatment air floatation+deep air floatation" is adopted to effectively separate and remove the petroleum pollutants, and the deep purification of fluoride is realized with the coagulation sedimentation process, so the removal effect of core pollutants is obvious.

Build the whole process treatment system of "physicochemical pretreatment+biochemical treatment". The hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation process can effectively degrade the organic pollutants in the wastewater, and the multi-stage sedimentation can ensure the stability of the effluent quality, so as to perfectly match the requirements of dual standard pipes.

The process route is applicable to the demands of multi-type production wastewater mixed treatment of enterprises. The treatment scale of 550m ³/d accurately matches the capacity of enterprises, and the treatment process is smoothly connected, realizing the unity of compliance and efficiency of industrial wastewater treatment.
