Product Introduction

PY stainless steel splicing water tank is a modular water storage equipment made of food grade SUS304/316 stainless steel sheet, which is molded and stamped into standard plates, and assembled by bolt splicing or on-site welding. The box is composed of standard molded plates, tension bars, channel steel bases, inlet and outlet fittings, manholes, ladders, etc. It has a stable structure, strong sealing, and is hygienic and environmentally friendly. It can be customized in terms of volume and shape according to needs, with convenient installation and simple maintenance. It is an upgraded substitute product for traditional cement and fiberglass water tanks.

Technical Advantage
Sanitary and corrosion-resistant
Choose food grade stainless steel, which does not rust, breed algae, or cause secondary pollution. The water quality meets the standards for drinking water, and it is resistant to acid and alkali, chloride ion corrosion, and has a lifespan of up to 20-30 years.
High structural strength
The concave convex surface formed by compression molding is reinforced with internal tension bars, which have strong pressure bearing capacity, are not easily deformed, have tight splicing/welding processes, and excellent anti leakage performance.
Flexible and customizable
Modular design, with a capacity ranging from 1m ³ to 1000m ³, can be combined as needed to adjust size, shape, and interface position, and adapt to complex installation spaces.
Lightweight and easy to install
The weight is only one-third of that of a carbon steel water tank, with low requirements for foundation load. On site splicing and assembly do not require large equipment, with a short construction period and the ability to be expanded and renovated.
Process Selection

1.Bolt splicing process: using food grade sealing strips for sealing, easy disassembly and easy migration and reuse, suitable for small and medium-sized water tanks and frequent relocation scenarios.

2. On site welding process: argon arc welding full welding splicing, with stronger sealing and integrity, suitable for large water tanks, high standard water quality, and fixed installation scenarios.

3. Insulated water tank process: The box is covered with polyurethane/rock wool insulation layer and protective board, suitable for hot water storage and low-temperature environments, reducing heat loss.

4. Underground water tank technology: Strengthen anti-corrosion and pressure resistance structure, can be buried underground, saves ground space, and is suitable for projects with tight land use.

Equipment Selection

1. Material selection: SUS304 is preferred for drinking water; SUS316L is selected for coastal, highly corrosive or industrial water quality, and the use of 200 series inferior stainless steel is strictly prohibited.

2. Structure and sealing: Select high-quality sealing strips for bolt types; The welding type adopts argon arc welding and weld passivation treatment to ensure no leakage.

3. Capacity and configuration: Determine the capacity according to water consumption and fire safety regulations, and provide supporting components for inlet and outlet water, overflow, sewage, manholes, ladders, and liquid level control.

4. Foundation and Installation: Galvanized channel steel or concrete foundation is used to ensure horizontal load-bearing capacity; Consider ventilation, maintenance, and antifreeze requirements for installation location.
