Product Introduction

Disc filter (also known as laminated filter) is an efficient and precise physical filtration device, which uses laminated plates with micrometer scale scratches as the core filtration unit. The laminated plates are tightly adhered to form a filtration channel, and the screening principle is used to intercept suspended solids, particles, colloids and other impurities in water, achieving water purification. The equipment adopts a modular combination design, integrating fully automatic backwashing and intelligent control functions. It can automatically start backwashing according to pressure difference and time. Backwashing is efficient, time-saving, and water saving, without the need for frequent replacement of filter media. The structure is compact, easy to install, and suitable for various working conditions such as pre-treatment and deep filtration. It can effectively protect subsequent processing equipment and improve the overall stability of the processing system.

Technical Advantage
Accurate and efficient filtering
The filtration accuracy can be flexibly selected between 5 μ m and 400 μ m, which can accurately intercept small particles and colloids. The filtration effect is stable and can meet the water quality requirements of different scenarios, making it an efficient and reliable filtration system.
Backwashing is energy-saving and convenient
The backwashing time only takes 5-60 seconds, with very little water consumption, accounting for less than 0.5% of the water output. With the assistance of air backwashing, it can be reduced to less than 0.2%. The backwashing is thorough and can quickly restore the filtration flux.
Stable and durable operation
The filter disc is made of high-strength engineering plastics, polypropylene and other corrosion-resistant materials, which are wear-resistant, not easy to scale, have a long service life, modular design can be flexibly combined, adapt to different flow requirements, and have a low failure rate during operation.
High degree of automation
It can achieve fully automatic continuous operation, automatically switching between filtering and backwashing states through dual control of time and pressure difference, without the need for manual duty, with minimal maintenance and only requiring regular inspections, greatly reducing labor costs.
Process Selection

1. Single stage disc filtration process: suitable for conventional filtration scenarios such as municipal water supply, circulating cooling water, and agricultural irrigation. It is easy to operate, cost-effective, and can meet basic filtration needs.

2. Multi stage series filtration process: suitable for scenarios with poor water quality and high suspended solids content (such as untreated surface water and industrial wastewater), multi-stage filtration improves purification efficiency and ensures that the effluent meets the standard.

3. Pre treatment process: As a pre protection for UF, RO membrane systems, and precision filtration, it removes large particle impurities, prevents membrane component blockage, and extends the service life of subsequent equipment.

4. Linkage deep filtration process: linked with biochemical treatment and disinfection processes, used for upgrading sewage treatment and deep filtration of reclaimed water, further reducing suspended solids content and improving effluent quality.

Equipment Selection

1. Selection of core filtration units: Based on the raw water quality (excellent, average, poor, very poor) and filtration accuracy requirements, select the corresponding specifications of filter discs (5 μ m, 20 μ m, 55 μ m, 100 μ m, etc.), and determine the number of filtration units.

2. Material selection: The filter disc is made of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials such as polypropylene and reinforced polyamide; The shell and pipeline are made of engineering plastics, stainless steel or carbon steel anti-corrosion materials, suitable for different acidic and alkaline water environments.

3. Selection of control equipment: Equipped with a fully automatic controller that supports dual control of time and pressure difference, and can be optionally equipped with a PLC intelligent control module to achieve automatic backwash switching and fault warning.

4. Scale adaptation selection: Determine the number and combination of filtration units based on the treated water volume and suspended solids content in the influent, ensuring that the filtration efficiency matches the treatment capacity.

5. Selection of auxiliary equipment: Equipped with diaphragm valves, solenoid valves, differential pressure signal meters, flow meters, and optional air assisted backwashing devices and chemical washing devices to improve backwashing efficiency and equipment applicability.
