Product Introduction

The fully automatic water softener can be divided into various series such as time control type, flow control type, and continuous supply water softening system type. There are corresponding equipment for 2T/H-1800T/H effluent, and different requirements for softened water equipment can be customized according to the needs of different enterprises. Can be equipped with automatic agitator with solution tank, online hardness monitoring instrument, online flow meter and other equipment, with water quality hardness ≤ 0.03mmol/L.

Process Selection

1.Low hardness and small water volume of raw water

Single stage sodium ion exchange softening

Applicable: Small scale water supply, boiler makeup water, air conditioning circulating water

2. Raw water has high hardness and requires extremely soft effluent

Double stage series sodium ion softening

Applicable: High pressure boilers, precision cooling systems

3. Raw water has high alkalinity and is prone to scaling

Softening+alkali removal process (hydrogen sodium series/weak acid cation exchange)

Applicable: high alkalinity groundwater, industrial circulating water

4. Continuous high flow water supply

Multi tank parallel+continuous operation process

Time type: Fixed cycle regeneration, suitable for stable water flow

Flow type: regenerated according to water consumption, more salt efficient and intelligent

Fully automatic: No need for duty, automatic backwashing, salt absorption, replacement, and forward washing

3. Resin selection

Standard: 001 × 7 strong acidic cation exchange resin

High salt/high hardness: Choose macroporous and anti pollution resin
