Product Introduction

1. The Huapu medical high-purity water system consists of a pretreatment system, a reverse osmosis host, and a post-treatment system. The raw water of the pretreatment system passes through quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, and precision filters to ensure that the quality of the incoming water meets the requirements of reverse osmosis host treatment, avoiding damage to the membrane treatment equipment caused by large particle molecular suspensions, colloidal organic matter, etc. in the raw water.

2. Huapu ultra pure water equipment is a water treatment system that uses pre-treatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra purification treatment, and post-treatment methods to completely remove colloidal substances, gases, organic matter, and conductive media in water that cannot be decomposed.

Process Selection

1. Raw water → pretreatment

Raw water tank → booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → softener/scale inhibitor device → precision filter (5 μ m)

2. Core water purification

First stage RO reverse osmosis → pure water tank (suitable for: instrument cleaning, dentistry, supply room, ordinary medical pure water)

3. Upgrade the process (higher water quality)

RO water → secondary reverse osmosis → EDI electric desalination → purified water tank (applicable to: laboratory, hemodialysis, static dispensing center, preparation room)

4. Terminal protection

UV sterilization → microfiltration/ultrafiltration → water supply pump → various water consumption points
