Center - driven Sludge Scraper

Mainly used for primary sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, flocculation sedimentation tanks, and radial flow sedimentation tanks in municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment stations, to complete sludge scraping and scum removal. It is also suitable for sludge treatment after sludge separation in large sedimentation tanks in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, food, and papermaking.

Product Introduction

The central drive scraper is installed in a circular radial flow sedimentation tank, slowly rotating around the center as a fulcrum to scrape and collect the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the central collection hopper, and at the same time, skim the floating slag on the water surface to the slag discharge tank at the edge of the tank, achieving stable solid-liquid separation. The equipment runs smoothly, has high torque, and reliable structure, which can ensure the clarification effect of the sedimentation tank and smooth sludge discharge.

Technical Advantage
Stable transmission, thorough mud scraping
The central driving torque is high, the operation is stable, the bottom of the pool is clean and there is no mud accumulation, and the effluent quality is stable.
Simple structure, low failure rate
Strong overall rigidity, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, low maintenance workload, and long service life.
Reliable operation and high automation
It can run continuously or at regular intervals, with over twist protection, and can achieve fully automatic unmanned operation.
Widely applicable pool types
Suitable for various diameter radial flow sedimentation tanks, with high sludge discharge efficiency and low energy consumption.

Process Selection

1. Single sludge scraping process for sedimentation tank: suitable for scraping and collecting sludge from conventional primary and secondary sedimentation tanks.

2. Integrated process of mud scraping and slag skimming: Simultaneously scraping mud and floating slag, commonly used in the secondary sedimentation tank of biochemical systems.

3. Concentrated sludge scraping process: With sludge concentration function, suitable for sedimentation tanks with high sludge concentration.

4. Flocculation sedimentation+scraping process: used in conjunction with chemical flocculation, suitable for high-density sedimentation tanks for industrial wastewater.

Equipment Selection

1. Structural form selection: Full bridge, half bridge center drive scraper, selected according to the size of the pool diameter.

2. Selection of driving mode: Center driven reducer with torque limitation and overload protection device.

3. Material selection: The main beam, scraper arm, and scraper plate are made of carbon steel anti-corrosion and stainless steel 304/316L.

4. Function configuration selection: equipped with skimming device, sludge return pipe, liquid level control, and automatic sludge discharge.

5. Tank adaptation selection: Determine the model and speed according to the diameter, water depth, and sludge volume of the sedimentation tank.
