Product Introduction
MBR membrane is an efficient water treatment component that combines membrane separation technology with biological treatment processes. It achieves efficient separation of sludge and water through hollow fiber membranes, replacing traditional secondary sedimentation tanks. It can significantly increase the sludge concentration in the biochemical system, efficiently remove pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen, and achieve clear and standard effluent that can be directly reused. The device has high integration and occupies less land, and can achieve modular, buried, and modular installation.
Process Selection
1. Immersion MBR process: a mainstream process suitable for most scenarios such as municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and reclaimed water reuse.
2. Split MBR process: The membrane module is externally mounted, suitable for high concentration, high viscosity, oily, and difficult to treat industrial wastewater.
3. A/O-MBR process: anaerobic/anoxic+MBR, enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal to meet high emission standards.
4. Pre treatment+MBR process: grid+regulating tank+MBR, suitable for wastewater with high suspended solids.
5. MBR+advanced treatment process: MBR+RO/EDI/disinfection, used for pure water preparation, zero emissions, and high standard reuse.
Equipment Selection
1. Membrane module selection: PVDF hollow fiber curtain membrane, column membrane; Choose conventional membranes or anti pollution membranes based on water quality.
2. Selection of water production scale: Determine the membrane area, number of membrane components, and water production flux based on the daily water treatment capacity.
3. Selection of supporting systems: self-priming pump, production water pump, aeration system, chemical washing device, online cleaning system.
4. Material and structure selection: The membrane tank adopts carbon steel anti-corrosion, stainless steel or concrete structure; Galvanized or stainless steel film frame.
5.Control and monitoring selection: PLC fully automatic control, equipped with online monitoring and protection of turbidity, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level.
