PYF Series High-Precision Oil-Water Separation Device

The PYF series high-precision oil-water separation device is a specialized environmental protection equipment developed for the advanced treatment of oily wastewater. It is widely used in mechanical processing, automotive manufacturing, petrochemicals, oilfield reinjection water, ship transportation, food processing, catering services, and comprehensive wastewater treatment projects in industrial parks. It primarily separates and removes floating oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, and partially dissolved oil from water, meeting national Class I discharge standards and water reuse requirements. This device not only prevents oil and grease from clogging pipelines and corroding equipment but also avoids oil substances entering subsequent biochemical systems, which could inhibit microbial activity. Additionally, the recovered waste oil can be utilized for resource recycling. As a pollution control facility mandated by national environmental regulations, it is particularly suitable for scenarios with high water quality requirements where traditional oil separators fail to meet standards.

Product Introduction

The PYF series high-precision oil-water separation device is a energy-saving disc-type oil-water separator that operates on the principle of mechanical adsorption separation, primarily designed to separate and remove floating oil from machine tool coolant. Its working mechanism involves: driving the oil-absorbing disc to rotate via a motor, immersing the oil disc into the coolant surface, and utilizing material affinity to adsorb the floating oil onto the disc's surface. As the oil disc rotates to the position of the oil-scraping plate, the floating oil is scraped off and separated by the plate. The resulting oil-water mixture is then further separated by a filtration tank before being collected and recycled. The separated oil is almost completely free of water, achieving excellent separation performance. The device features a compact structure and a long service life, making it particularly suitable for machine tools with high levels of oil contamination and metal powder in the cutting fluid.

Technical Advantage
good separation effect
Equipped with a filtered water tank, the separated oil stains are almost devoid of water, and the separation effect is superior to similar products, effectively separating oil and water.
Extend the service life of coolant
Separate the floating oil in the cooling water tank of the machine tool to extend the service life of the coolant and achieve better cooling effect.
lower production cost
Extend the service life of cutting tools, ensure the precision of processed workpieces, and save production costs.
Improving the working environment
Resolve the issue of abnormal odor caused by coolant deterioration, improve the working environment for operators, and reduce labor intensity for workers.
Significant environmental benefits
The separated waste oil can be recycled, turning waste into treasure, solving the environmental problem of scrapped coolant, and helping to enhance the environmental image of the enterprise.
Exquisite structure and long service life
The use of machine tools with high levels of oil and metal powder in cutting fluid is particularly effective, and the equipment has strong durability.
Reliable mechanical principles
Adopting the principle of physical adsorption separation, without the addition of chemical agents, there is no need for heating or vacuum treatment, and the operation and maintenance costs are low.
Process Selection

1. Select according to the requirements of effluent quality: The effluent should meet the third level standard of the "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (oil content ≤ 100mg/L) and choose the standard PYF-I type; The first level standard for effluent requirements (oil content ≤ 10mg/L) is to use reinforced PYF-II; The effluent requirements for reuse water standard (oil content ≤ 5mg/L) use advanced treatment PYF-III, and add precision filtration and activated carbon adsorption units.

2. Selection based on water quality characteristics: Standard types are selected for catering wastewater and general industrial oily wastewater; Mechanical processing wastewater and oilfield produced water with a high content of emulsified oil should be reinforced and equipped with air flotation units; Wastewater containing high concentration heavy oil should be treated with a reinforced type with heating function.

3. Selection based on processing scale: For small projects with a daily processing capacity of less than 50m ³, the integrated fully automatic PYF-0.5~5 model is selected; For medium-sized projects with a daily processing capacity of 50-500 cubic meters, PYF-10~30 modular combination is selected; Large projects with a daily processing capacity>500m ³ adopt the PYF-50~100 multi unit parallel design.

4. Select according to installation conditions: For places with gravity drainage conditions, choose above ground or underground types; Use PYF-T type with lifting function in basements or places without gravity drainage conditions; Mobile emergency response adopts the vehicle mounted PYF-Y type.
