Product Introduction

The micro nano aeration and reoxygenation device consists of a nano bubble machine, a dissolved gas system, and a release system. After mixing with water, the gas is pressurized and dissolved in a gas tank, and then released through a gas release device to form micro nano bubbles, which enter the water body at high speed. Micro nano bubbles with a diameter less than 50 μ m (traditional aeration bubbles are a few millimeters) have the following characteristics:


Self pressurized dissolution: The smaller the bubble, the higher the surface tension and internal pressure, which promotes accelerated gas dissolution.


Large specific surface area: Mass transfer efficiency far exceeds that of ordinary bubbles, and oxygen dissolution rate exceeds 85%.


Surface charge: capable of adsorbing suspended solids and colloidal particles in water.


Generating hydroxyl radicals: When bubbles burst, strong oxidizing substances are released, decomposing recalcitrant organic matter.

The oxygen mass transfer efficiency far exceeds traditional aeration, with a dissolved oxygen dissolution rate in water exceeding 85%. It can be supersaturated for oxygenation, and the oxygenation capacity can be increased several times under the same energy consumption. Taking the 2.2kW model as an example, it can cover a water area of 50 square meters and achieve large-scale water oxygenation with low power, resulting in lower energy consumption.

Efficient purification and degradation of pollutant gases
Bubble rupture releases hydroxyl radicals, which strongly decompose stubborn organic pollutants. Combined with ozone and ultraviolet processes, it quickly reduces COD, removes water color, eliminates fishy odors, and has outstanding sewage purification effects.
Strengthen the foundation and control the source, improve the water state
Deeply enhance the dissolved oxygen level at the bottom of the water, activate aerobic bacterial activity, inhibit anaerobic decay reactions, and block endogenous release of nitrogen and phosphorus from sediment; At the same time, relying on the charged adsorption of bubbles, flocculation of suspended solids, inhibition of algae, and clarification of water steadily improve the clarity of the water.
