Product Introduction

Huapu centrifugal dewatering machines usually use the "horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge" technology, with the core function of using centrifugal force for solid-liquid separation.

Sludge dewatering: Excess sludge or industrial sludge from sewage treatment plants with extremely high moisture content is dehydrated by high-speed rotation to form a sludge cake.

Sludge concentration: Concentrate low concentration sludge to reduce its volume and facilitate subsequent processing.

Medium clarification: Recycling useful solid particles from wastewater or purifying liquids with low solid content.

Process Selection

1. Confirm the nature of the sludge

Municipal/Biochemical Sludge: Due to the loose flocs of the sludge, special attention should be paid to the aspect ratio (L/D). It is recommended to choose a machine with an aspect ratio of 4.0 or above to ensure sufficient clarification and settling time.

Industrial/chemical sludge: may be corrosive or viscous, and the centrifuge material (such as 316L stainless steel or duplex stainless steel) and wear-resistant protection measures (such as tungsten carbide blades) should be confirmed.

Oily sludge: The centrifuge is relatively resistant to oil blockage, but the oil content still needs to be clarified. Please consult if a special flushing device is needed.

2. Determine the processing scale and objectives

Processing capacity: Calculate the wet sludge volume (m ³/h) or dry sludge volume (DS kg/h) that needs to be processed per hour, and select the corresponding drum diameter (such as 350mm, 450mm, 650mm, etc.).

Moisture content target: If the moisture content of the mud cake is required to be below 65% or even below 60% (usually requiring subsequent drying), it is necessary to confirm whether the centrifuge has a high dryness mode or increase the processing capacity margin when selecting.

3. Integrity of supporting systems

Fully automatic dosing system: equipped with flocculant preparation and dosing device.

Shaftless screw conveyor: automatically exports the dehydrated mud cake.

Cleaning system: The high-pressure water pump is used for automatic flushing during shutdown.
