Two stage disc tube reverse osmosis (DTRO)

Product Introduction

Huapu Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) is an innovative reverse osmosis membrane technology, with a component structure different from traditional roll membranes. The core is a patented open flow channel: the liquid to be treated enters from the inlet and flows along the guide plate and outer shell channel to avoid physical blockage. The feed liquid is efficiently filtered through a "double S-shaped" flow path between the DTRO guide plates.

The convex points on the disc generate turbulence under high pressure, which enhances filtration efficiency, self-cleaning, and anti pollution effects, significantly extending membrane life, especially suitable for high pollution influent.

Process Selection

1)垃圾渗滤液标准工艺(华浦成熟方案)

预处理+一级DTRO+二级DTRO+脱气/回调

预处理:调节池→混凝沉淀/砂滤 → 芯滤(5–10 μm)→阻垢剂

一级DTRO:高压浓缩,产水进二级,浓液去浓缩液处理

二级DTRO:精处理,进一步降COD/氨氮/盐,稳定达标(GB16889)

二级浓液:回流至一级进水,提高整体回收率

后处理:脱气塔+pH 微调,产水达标排放或回用

2)高盐废水/零排放工艺

预处理→DTRO浓缩→蒸发结晶/固化

适用:煤化工、脱硫废水、RO 浓水

DTRO 作为减量化核心,将浓水浓缩5-10倍,大幅降低蒸发规模与能耗

3)中小型/应急项目

简易预处理+单级DTRO

撬装一体化,占地小、调试快,适合5–50m³/d 应急或小规模项目

1)按处理量选型(标准模块)

小型:5–50m³/d→单撬、1–3支膜柱

中型:50–200m³/d→双撬并联、4–8支膜柱

大型:200–500m³/d+→多撬组合、模块化扩容

2)按水质与压力选型

常规渗滤液(TDS<15g/L):60–80 bar标准膜柱

高盐/高浓缩(TDS15–30g/L):80–120bar高压膜柱

极限浓缩/零排放:120–160 bar超高压膜柱

3)核心配置(华浦标配)

膜组件:专用抗污染 DTRO 膜片 + 导流盘,耐高压、抗污染

高压泵:变频柱塞泵,3–6MPa,节能可调

控制系统:PLC+触摸屏,全自动运行、故障报警、远程监控
