Product Introduction

Huapu Environmental Protection Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment

The Huapu Environmental Protection Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment is a new-generation wastewater treatment technology independently developed by Huapu. It is based on a multi-stage biological contact oxidation process and integrates the advantages of both the AAO (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) process and biofilm technology.

The equipment can consistently achieve effluent quality meeting the quasi-Class IV surface water quality standard, with the following typical parameters:

ParameterValue
COD≤ 30 mg/L
BOD₅≤ 6 mg/L
SS≤ 10 mg/L
NH₃-N≤ 1.5 mg/L
TN≤ 15 mg/L
TP≤ 0.3 mg/L

Available Process Configurations:

  • Modified AAO Process

  • Biological Contact Oxidation Process

  • MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) Process

  • MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) Process

Applications:
The system is suitable for large-scale municipal wastewater treatment plants, plant expansion projects, upgrade and retrofitting of existing facilities, as well as emergency treatment applications.
