Combination Air Flotation Equipment

Air flotation equipment is mainly used in the treatment of oily wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, food processing wastewater, slaughter wastewater, coal mine wastewater, painting wastewater and other scenarios. It is used to efficiently remove suspended solids, floating oil, algae, colloids and light pollutants in water, and can also be used for municipal wastewater pretreatment and landscape water purification.

Product Introduction

1. Air flotation treatment is to inject air into the wastewater and separate it from the water as a carrier in the form of micro bubbles, so that the emulsified oil, micro suspended particles and other pollutants in the wastewater can adhere to the bubbles and float to the water surface together with the bubbles to form a three-phase mixture of foam gas, water and particles (oil). The purpose of separating impurities and purifying wastewater is achieved by collecting foam or scum. Air flotation equipment includes dissolved air flotation equipment and shallow air flotation equipment.

2. The dissolved air flotation equipment introduces new technology from Japan, using an efficient dissolved air pump to mix water and gas and dissolve them under pressure to form dissolved air water, which is then released under reduced pressure. Fine bubbles precipitate and suspended particles are efficiently adsorbed and floated up, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

3. The shallow air flotation equipment is designed using the "shallow theory" and the "zero speed" principle, integrating flocculation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and mud scraping, and is an efficient and energy-saving water purification equipment.

Process Selection

1. Horizontal flow dissolved air flotation process

Classic mainstream technology with good solid-liquid separation effect, suitable for most scenarios such as printing and dyeing, food, slaughtering, papermaking, municipal sewage, etc.

2. Shallow air flotation process

Short residence time and high treatment efficiency, suitable for industrial wastewater and reclaimed water reuse projects with high flow rates and limited land occupation.

3. Vortex concave air flotation process

No need for high-pressure gas dissolution system, lower energy consumption, suitable for pretreatment of oily wastewater, emulsion wastewater, and low concentration suspended solids wastewater.

4. Combination multi-stage air flotation process

Multi stage air flotation series+dosing flocculation+sedimentation combination, treating high concentration and difficult to degrade wastewater, resulting in more stable effluent.

5. Air flotation+biochemical/filtration combined process

Air flotation serves as the front-end for removing oil and suspended solids, while the back-end is equipped with biochemistry and filtration to achieve standard discharge or reuse.
