The PY integrated prefabricated pump station is specially designed for secondary water supply lifting, customized, and the whole machine leaves the factory. Integrate core systems such as water pumps, pipelines, and controls to achieve fully automatic and intelligent operation. The high-strength environmentally friendly material cylinder body, with an overall buried closed structure, ensures water quality safety, reliable and efficient operation, and greatly saves costs and space.

Process Selection

1. Wastewater upgrading process

Suitable for the collection and improvement of domestic and municipal sewage, equipped with crushing/basket grilles, anti clogging, anti entanglement, sealed and odorless.

2. Rainwater drainage technology

Suitable for urban waterlogging, road waterlogging, and underground space rainwater discharge, with high flow rate and fast discharge speed, suitable for instantaneous large water volume during rainy season.

3. Water replenishment/circulation technology for rivers and lakes

Used for ecological water replenishment in rivers, water system circulation, landscape water replacement, stable flow, intelligent control, and improving water environment.

4. Control technology for combined sewer overflow

Suitable for the combined rainwater and sewage pipeline network in old urban areas, achieving overflow regulation and upgrading during the rainy season, and reducing water pollution.


Equipment Selection

1. Selection of cylinder material

Standard: GRP cylinder, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and good sealing performance

Optional: Stainless steel composite cylinder, suitable for high corrosion and special water quality environments

2. Pump configuration selection

Type: Submersible sewage pump/rainwater pump

Quantity: 1 for use and 1 for backup, 2 for use and 1 for backup

Function: Automatic coupling installation, variable frequency speed regulation, intelligent rotation

3. Selection of Grille System

Basket grille: easy maintenance, low cost

Crushing grid: Strong in crushing debris, suitable for complex sewage, no cleaning required

4. Intelligent control selection

Standard configuration: PLC automatic control, high and low liquid level start stop, fault alarm

Optional: Remote monitoring, GPRS/IoT, liquid level/flow linkage
