Product Introduction
Biological deodorization filter is currently one of the most mainstream and economical technical solutions for treating low concentration and high flow biodegradable odorous gases. It imitates the self purification process of nature, decomposing harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia into harmless substances through microorganisms.
This process is mainly achieved through three stages:
Gas liquid diffusion: Pollutants in the odor come into contact with moist packing surfaces and transfer from the gas phase to the liquid phase.
Liquid-solid diffusion: pollutants dissolved in water are captured and absorbed by biofilms grown on the surface of fillers.
Biological oxidation: Microorganisms metabolize pollutants as "food" and completely decompose them into odorless and harmless inorganic substances such as carbon dioxide, water, sulfates, nitrates, etc.
Process Selection
1. Standard integrated biological deodorization filter (mainstream selection)
Process flow odor collection → air duct collection → pre washing spray tower (dust removal and humidity control) → biological filter body → standard high-altitude discharge applicable: municipal sewage plants, large pump stations, sludge workshops, and large and medium-sized projects with stable air flow.
2. Modular assembled biological deodorization
Features: Split assembly, flexible expansion, fast on-site assembly. Suitable for renovation projects, limited site, phased construction, small and medium-sized stations.
3. Negative pressure closed collection+centralized biological deodorization
Features: Fully enclosed negative pressure gas collection in the workshop, unified centralized treatment. Suitable for garbage transfer stations, kitchen waste stations, and areas with high odor concentrations.
4. Composite deodorization process (biological+spray)
Process: Chemical spray pretreatment+biological filter deep purification. Suitable for high concentration odor, chemical odor, and hydrogen sulfide concentration exceeding the standard conditions.
Equipment Selection
1. Select based on air volume
Small: 500-5000m ³/h integrated box type.
Medium size: 5000-30000m ³/h brick concrete/fiberglass filter tank.
Large scale: Concrete civil engineering biofilter with a capacity of over 30000m ³/h.
2. Packing selection
Universal type: Composite organic fillers (coconut shell, bark, peat soil) have good breathability and fast film hanging.
Corrosion resistant and durable type: a combination of volcanic rock and ceramic particles, with a long lifespan and resistance to compaction.
3. Material selection
Fiberglass FRP: anti-corrosion, moisture resistant, lightweight, outdoor preferred.
Carbon steel anti-corrosion: Low cost, suitable for indoor conventional working conditions.
Concrete civil engineering: a long-term project with high air volume, offering the highest cost-effectiveness.
4. Selection of supporting configurations
Standard configuration: induced draft fan, spray humidification system, air distribution system, drainage system.
High end configuration: PLC fully automatic control, temperature and humidity monitoring, automatic addition of bacterial strains, remote operation and maintenance.
