Ultra-pure water treatment equipment

Chemical ultrapure water equipment is usually equipped with a pretreatment system. This is because the inlet water requirements for the EDI module are relatively high, so it must undergo preliminary treatment before flowing into the EDI module. The pretreatment system is usually divided into four stages. The so-called four-stage pretreatment system is actually composed of four different filters. After four stages of pretreatment, large particulate matter, hard ions, residual chlorine, and other substances in the water will be removed. The pretreated water can then enter the reverse osmosis host and the EDI module for further filtration and other functions. After these two steps of treatment, the water can meet the requirements for chemical production water. However, some companies also require that the water not contain microorganisms and other bacteria, so a disinfection and sterilization device needs to be installed after the ultrapure water equipment.

1. Pure water grade (resistivity 0.5-5 M Ω· cm)
