Product Introduction

The grid machine is a key pre-treatment equipment in the front end of sewage treatment. It mainly intercepts and removes solid impurities such as floating solids, suspended solids, weeds, branches, plastic bags, and fiber debris in the water body through mechanical transmission, preventing blockages in subsequent pumps, pipelines, valves, and treatment units, and ensuring stable system operation. The equipment has a sturdy structure, operates smoothly, and can continuously or intermittently clear slag automatically, achieving preliminary solid-liquid separation.

Process Selection

1. Mechanical grid pretreatment process: As the first sewage treatment process, it is suitable for the vast majority of sewage treatment systems.

2. Combination process of coarse and fine grids: coarse grids intercept large debris and fine grids filter, suitable for scenes with complex impurities.

3. Grid+cyclone sedimentation process: After slag removal, the grid is combined with a sedimentation tank to remove sand particles and protect the subsequent biochemical and membrane systems.

4. Pre grid technology for pumping stations: used at the front end of rainwater and sewage pumping stations to prevent the impeller of the pump body from winding and blocking.

5. Backup technology for emergency artificial grille: Mechanical grille is matched with artificial grille to meet the needs of maintenance and emergency response.

Equipment Selection

1. Type selection: rotary grille, stepped grille, mesh grille, rake toothed grille, curved grille, mobile grille.

2. Precision selection: coarse grid (20-50mm), medium grid (10-20mm), fine grid (1-10mm).

3. Structural material selection: The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304/316L, carbon steel anti-corrosion, and nylon rake teeth.

4. Drive and control selection: motor drive, hydraulic drive; Automatic control of time/liquid level difference, manual/automatic switching.
